Cap on Damages. Liability of Ellis & Son Lawncare arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Ellis & Son Lawncare from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
